I am an Assistant Professor at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

I study workforce incentives in public sector service operations, with a focus on government, K–12 education, and healthcare.

I received a BA from Berkeley in applied mathematics, an MPP from the University of Chicago, and a PhD from Wharton in operations management.
